I am writing to report an issue with my order #MM1992, which I received last week. I already tried messaging on instagram but received no reply. Also the email address does not work.
Unfortunately, the package arrived in unacceptable condition. Upon opening the box, I noticed that:
One of the skincare products had its packaging already opened, and the product itself has visible stains. Since this is a skincare item, a broken seal poses a significant hygiene and safety risk. I cannot use a product that may have been compromised or tampered with.
The order is missing items. Typically, my orders arrive together, but this shipment appears incomplete. I am unsure if a second package is on the way.
Given that I paid €12.00 for shipping on an incomplete and damaged order, I would like to request an immediate resolution. Since I need these products, I would prefer a replacement for the damaged and missing items rather than a refund. Please arrange for the safe, usable products to be sent to me as soon as possible.
I can send photos of the damaged product, the stains, and the packaging for your reference.
Please let me know the timeline for the replacement shipment. I look forward to your prompt resolution.
