Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Sauce is a traditional Chinese seasoning sauce made from fermented black beans. It imparts an intense, savory flavor with a characteristic umami note to various dishes, especially stir-fries and pan-fried dishes. This sauce is excellent for marinating meat, fish, or tofu and enhancing vegetable and noodle dishes.
